运用正交试验设计原理,研究了电凝聚气浮法处理钢管厂含石墨废水浊度的影响因子,并得到了的最佳操作条件。结果表明,影响电凝聚气浮法对含石墨废水浊度去除率的因子从主到次为废水p H值、电解电流、电解时间、极板间距。p H值和电解电流是影响含石墨废水浊度去除率的显著因素,极板间距和电解时间是非显著因素。最优运行方案为:电解时间30 min,电解电流1.0 A,极板间距20 mm,p H值6。在最优运行条件下含石墨废水浊度的去除率为98.34%。
The orthogonal experimental design principle was used to study the influence factors of turbidity of graphite wastewater treated by electrocoagulation and air floatation. The optimum operating conditions were obtained. The results show that the factors influencing the turbidity removal rate of graphite wastewater from electrocoagulation and flotation are p H value, electrolysis current, electrolysis time and plate spacing from main to secondary. The p H value and electrolytic current are the significant factors that affect the turbidity removal rate of graphite wastewater, and the plate spacing and the electrolysis time are non-significant factors. The optimal operation plan was: electrolysis time 30 min, electrolysis current 1.0 A, plate spacing 20 mm, p H value 6. Under the optimum operating conditions, the removal rate of turbidity of graphite wastewater was 98.34%.
