[目的]明确中文版Zarit护理负担量表的因子结构及各因子间的关系。[方法]采用中文版Zarit护理负担量表进行问卷调查,通过验证性因子分析确定量表的因子结构。[结果]应用探索性因子分析发现量表5个公因子,涵盖量表的19个条目,解释总方差变异的62.0%。验证性因子分析证实了量表5因子结构,结构方程模型拟合参数GFI=0.875,AGFI=0.833,CFI=0.888,模型拟合较好。[结论]中文版Zarit护理负担量表存在多维结构。
[Purpose] To clarify the factor structure of Chinese Zarit nursing burden scale and the relationship among the factors. [Methods] A Chinese version of Zarit Nursing Burden Scale was used to conduct a questionnaire survey. The confirmatory factor analysis was used to determine the factor structure of the scale. [Results] The exploratory factor analysis found 5 common factors in the scale, covering 19 items of the scale, accounting for 62.0% of the total variance. Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the scale factor 5 structure, structural equation model fitting parameters GFI = 0.875, AGFI = 0.833, CFI = 0.888, the model fitting better. [Conclusion] The Chinese version of Zarit Nursing Burden Scale has multidimensional structure.
