实验用动物为6周龄的Wistar雄性大鼠,饲以标准液体饲料。配法如下:将蛋白质3.47g、脂肪2.79g、糖9.72g及适量的维生素、无机营养物质及纤维溶于80ml水中,配好后可作为大鼠1天用的标准液体饲料。用这种饲料喂1周后,将大鼠分成3组。第1组为对照组,饲以标准液体饲料,另外两组饲以比标准液体饲料少2.71 g、糖乙醇为0(低糖组)的饲料或饲以比标准液体饲料多3.5g乙醇、糖与低糖组同的饲料(低糖十乙醇组)。喂3周后,全部大鼠腹腔注入50mg/kg
