“我觉得一名好演员,要具备以下几点。第一,要有好的表演天赋;第二,要有好的表演观念。表演观念不断在进步,看50年代的电影,话剧,我们会觉得别扭。现在有许多人的表演是诗人式的表演、朗诵式的表演。他基本上不说人话,不说人物的语言,在台上朗诵、背台词。这是一个错误的表演观念。第三,要非常广泛地深入生活,要接触全社会各色人等,应该用一个艺术工作者的眼光,去挖掘生活中独特的一面。第四,要有修养。这修养不是知识,不一定大学教授,知识渊博,修养就高。我觉得一个演员,如果做到了这些东西,我觉得这辈子不怕没有饭吃。你具备了这些东西,一部戏一部戏扎扎实实去演,观众,行内人就会认可你。”
