2004年2月,徐勇从省直机关事务管理局被选派到涡阳县城东镇刘寨村担任村党支部第一书记。2005年2月,刘寨村与刘旮旯村实行并村,徐勇担任了村党总支第一书记。刘旮旯村有3500多人,4400亩耕地,以前村集体收入是空白,曾多次发生群众集体上访,干群关系紧张。徐勇通过调研走访,很快理清了发展思路,明确了目标措施。
In February 2004, Xu Yong was elected as the first secretary of the village party branch from Liu Zhaicun, Chengdong Town, Guoyang County, from the provincial authority office. In February 2005, Liu Zhaicun and Liu Shao Nian village practiced and the village, Xu Yong served as the village party chief first secretary.
