家长与学生对教师的要求随着时代的进步越来越高,因此,作为一名初中教师,必须顺应这一形势,做到勤奋敬业,与时俱进。这不仅仅是家长与学生的需求,更是学校与社会的需求。教师只有不断地增强自己的责任感以及荣誉感,才能促进自身以及学生的不断进步与成长,才能得到社会各界的认可与尊重。“十八大”报告中明确地关注了教师队伍的建设,并要求教师的业务能力以及师德水平进一步提高,因此,教师的荣誉感以及责任感必须加强。
Parents and students’ demands for teachers are getting higher and higher as the times go by. Therefore, as a junior high school teacher, we must adapt to this situation, work diligently and professionally, and keep pace with the times. This is not just the needs of parents and students, but also the needs of schools and the community. Teachers only continue to enhance their sense of responsibility and sense of honor in order to promote their own and students continue to progress and growth in order to get the recognition and respect from all walks of life. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China explicitly pays attention to the construction of a contingent of teachers and requires teachers to improve their professional ability and their professional ethics. Therefore, teachers’ sense of honor and sense of responsibility must be strengthened.
