1989年新中国建国40周年,也是我院建院35周年之年。35年来,在我院的发展历程中,得到了各级领导机关的亲切关怀、帮助和支持,得到了各兄弟单位友好的、热情的支持。在此,谨向他们致以崇高的敬意和感谢！向参与过我院建设、发展的所有同志表示衷心的感谢！并借此机会,向我院风雨同舟、共同奋斗的全体职工致以亲切的问候！ 我院的前身是西南建筑工程管理局材料试验所,始建于1954年,当时着重进行建筑材料试验,只有职工20余人。随着我国科技事业的发展,我院也逐步发展壮大成熟,特别是经过60年代三线建设的锻炼,才逐步
The 40th anniversary of the founding of New China in 1989 was also the year of the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the Institute. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the comrades who have participated in the construction and development of our institute! And to take this opportunity to extend cordial greetings to all the employees who are fighting and working together in our hospital! The predecessor of our institute was the Material Testing Laboratory of the Southwest Construction Engineering Administration. It was founded in 1954. At that time, it focused on building materials tests and had only 20 employees. With the development of our country’s scientific and technological undertakings, our institute has also gradually grown and matured, especially after the exercise of the third-line construction in the 60’s.
