因为工作原因,我于去年六月底到达东京。当时,公司提供了七天的免费居住宾馆作为过渡。原本,我十分担心七天内租不到合适的房子。但是真正开始着手以后,居然十分顺利地在半天内办完包括选房、看房、预订、签约等所有手续。回想起来,在感叹日本房地产中介业的良好服务之余,也深切体会到,东京地区面向单身者的小户型租赁市场远比国内同等城市如北京、上海等更加完善。这里市场的成熟体现在需求和供给同时稳定增长。虽然两者还没达到绝对平衡,但已在租赁者、房地产商和业主之间形成了良好的循环。
Because of my work, I arrived in Tokyo by the end of June last year. At that time, the company provided a seven-day free living hotel as a transition. In retrospect, while lamenting the good services of Japan’s real estate agency industry, I also deeply understand that the small-sized apartment rental market for singles in Tokyo is far more complete than similar domestic cities such as Beijing and Shanghai. The maturity of the market here reflects the steady growth of both demand and supply. Although the two have not yet reached an absolute balance, they have formed a good cycle between renters, realtors and property owners.
