目的:分析生脉注射液对心肌梗塞合并高脂血症患者的影响。方法:50例心肌梗塞合并高脂血症患者分为生脉治疗组和对照组,测定左心室射血分数(LVEF),检测血清肌磷酸激酶(CK)、肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量。结果:治疗2周后,与对照组相比,生脉治疗组患者的LVEF升高(P<0.05),而两组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C无明显差别(P>0.05);24h后患者心肌酶学检测结果显示,与对照组相比,生脉治疗组患者的CK、CK-MB、LDH降低(P<0.05)。结论:生脉注射液能通过提高心肌梗塞合并高脂血症患者的LVEF,降低血清CK、CK-MB、LDH,改善心肌功能,而对血脂无明显影响。
Objective: To analyze the effect of Shengmai injection on patients with myocardial infarction and hyperlipidemia. Methods: Fifty patients with myocardial infarction complicated with hyperlipidemia were divided into three groups: Shengmai treatment group and control group. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), serum creatine phosphokinase (CK) and creatine phosphokinase -MB), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, LVEF of Shengmai treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05), but TC, TG and LDL-C of two groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05) Myocardial enzymology results showed that CK, CK-MB and LDH in Shengmai treatment group were lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shengmai injection can improve myocardial function by elevating LVEF, decreasing serum CK, CK-MB and LDH in patients with myocardial infarction complicated with hyperlipidemia, but has no obvious effect on blood lipid.
