胸腺素(ThyV),转移因子(TF)虽已从实验室的研究步入临床应用多年,但目前尚缺乏一种快速、方便、敏感的体外测定其生物活性的方法来进行鉴定。Amanllach等人1975年曾报道用TF和胸腺素处理病人淋巴细胞可明显提高E玫瑰花形成细胞(E-RFC)的数目。这一现象在我们的实验室也重复出了类似的结果。7年来我们实验室用不同批号的胸腺素和TF 37℃温育处理猪外周血淋巴细胞、人脐血淋巴细胞及病人血淋巴细胞做Et-RFC试验,以观察Et-RFC细胞数量高低来判断胸腺素、TF的生物活性,经大量实验研究,初步认为这是目前切实可行的一种方法,现将其部分实验结果报告如下。
Thyroxine and transfer factor (TF) have been used clinically for many years in laboratory studies. However, there is a lack of a rapid, convenient and sensitive method for the determination of their biological activity in vitro. Amanllach et al. Reported in 1975 that treatment of patient lymphocytes with TF and thymosin significantly increased the number of E-RFCs. This phenomenon has been repeated in our laboratory for similar results. In the past seven years, our laboratory used different batches of thymosin and TF at 37 ℃ to treat pig peripheral blood lymphocytes, human cord blood lymphocytes and patient’s blood lymphocytes to do Et-RFC test to observe the number of Et-RFC cells to determine the level Thymosin, TF biological activity, after a large number of experimental studies, initially that this is a practical method, now part of the experimental results are reported as follows.
