依法行政是治国的基本方针 ,为了在行政执法中做到主体合法 ,我县于 96年 3月底组建肥西县卫生监督所 ,在全省率先成立这样一支专管食品卫生和医药市场的执法队伍 ,使我县的医药市场和食品卫生步入经营性依法治理的轨道 ,为保障人民群众的身体健康发挥了重要作用。1 主要做法
