北京市魏善庄镇第一中心小学地处首都中轴线上,与京沪铁路毗邻,拥有三所各具特色的完全小学,是一所环境优美,师生和谐发展的农村小学。在“关注生命、关注发展、关注未来”办学宗旨引领下,我校坚持在实践中学习,在学习中谋求发展与生存。基于对“教育是生命的事业,传授知识的意义在于内化为智慧,而智慧的意义在于生命质量的完美”的认识,我校将“润泽生命”确立为教育的核心,努力创造条件以激活生命的灵动。从“个性发展”到“和而不同”主动式发展的学校文化;从“向课堂预约精彩”到“人课合一”、追求德育与智育和谐统一的课堂教学;从“教育需要理想、激情造就教师”到“实践性师德”;从“个性骄傲”到“精彩教育人生”……我们以促进“人的发展”为己任,创建“单元整体教学框架设计”、创新“教学、科研、培训三位一体”的校本教研模式,探索“学道德、做道德”的学校德育途径,学习、实践互补互融。我校105位教职工形成了团结、坚强、有序、合作、竞争的和谐氛围,学科骨干教师数量不断攀升,现有市级骨干1人,区级学科带头人、骨干教师13人。“北京市科研先进校”、“北京市校本培训示范校”、“北京市课程网建设先进单位”、“全国心理教育先进单位”、“北京市星星火炬奖”,“北京市读报用报先进单位”,“大兴区示范校”、“大兴区校本教研先进校”、“区优秀少先队大队”等荣誉承载着每一位“魏一小”人的努力,浸润着“今天我为‘魏一小’骄傲,明天‘魏一小’因我而自豪”的学校精神!
