利用激光冲击对AISI202奥氏体不锈钢薄板焊接接头进行了表面强化处理,采用X射线衍射法测定其激光冲击处理后的表面残余应力,分析了单次冲击和搭接冲击两种工艺下焊接接头表面残余应力场分布。结果表明,经搭接激光冲击处理后,AISI202焊接接头显微硬度提高了约50%,纵向残余压应力σx达到395 MPa,横向残余压应力σy达到456 MPa,显著增强表面残余压应力,并使得残余压应力趋向均匀。
The surface toughening of the AISI202 austenitic stainless steel sheet welded joint was carried out by laser shock.
