本文作者应用现代免疫技术,通过家兔进行动物实验,研究了异种晶体蛋白(含有α-,β-及γ-晶体蛋白Crystallin)体液及细胞免疫反应,及其对眼部炎症的作用。通过观察发现异种晶体蛋白具有抗原性,在其抗血清中的某些抗体且具有交叉反应。通过免疫技术所检出的可溶性晶体蛋白的抗体系属于免疫球蛋白类。异种晶体蛋白免疫法伴以晶体刺开未能导致典型的晶体皮质过敏性眼内炎的发生。作者并对有关晶体免疫病理学一些问题加以讨论。
The authors used modern immunization techniques to study the effects of humoral and cellular immune responses of xenocrystal proteins (including alpha-, beta-, and gamma-crystallin crystals) and ocular inflammation on rabbits. It has been observed by observation that heterologous crystal proteins are antigenic, have certain antibodies in their antisera and have a cross-reaction. The anti-soluble crystal protein antibodies detected by immunization belong to immunoglobulins. Heterologous crystal protein immunization with crystal thorn open can not lead to the typical crystal cortical allergic endophthalmitis. The authors also discuss some of the issues with crystal immunopathology.
