通过精密测量相对密度化建立韧性损伤模型,以预测金属塑性加工过程中韧性损伤演化规律和产品质量。本文研究了精密测量微小密度的变化、介绍了测量方法和装置。通过测量相对密度变化对拉伸和扭转过程中韧性损伤演化规律进行了研究。
The ductile damage model is established through the precision measurement of relative density to predict the evolution of ductile damage and the quality of the product during the metal-plastic processing. This paper studies the changes in the micro-density of precision measurement, and introduces the measurement methods and devices. The evolution of ductile damage during tension and torsion was studied by measuring the change of relative density.
