一、快速对刀功能的要求在普通车床上进行加工时,对刀是利用摇动纵、横手柄,先快速然后缓慢接近工件,试切一刀,检测试切零件,决定进刀量,然后开始加工以保证零件合格。当在经济型数控车床上加工时,其快速对刀的方法与上述相似,不同之处是以键代替了手柄,同时刀尖的实际点必须位于加工程序设定点(简称原点)上,如图1所示。因此,所谓对刀,也就是如何正确地使刀尖的实际点位于原点(或称零点)上。假设原点坐标位置距零件端面0.4mm,距零件中心线30mm。其中0.4mm的尺寸要求不严格,用目测即可,因为一般加工的第一工步往往是先车端面,如图1,从原点纵向进刀1mm,车端面后退出1mm至源点,其0.4mm的误差仅影响加工余量的多少,用
