一、序言长孕育铝合金课题的提出是为了寻求一种新的工艺手段,以期得到性能更为优越的结构材料。它要求研制的合金淬火软、孕育期长、不经退火就能冷挤成型,成型后直接进行人工时效就能达到较好机械性能,满足使用要求。该合金是在改革160变质铝合金(LD21)的基础上发展起来的。该合金的主要技术指标为淬火软态HB≯35,孕育期≮48小时,冷挤成型,人工时效HB≮95。采用这种合金,首先能保证产品零件的变形小及精度高的要求,可充分发挥冷挤工艺的优越性,并可减少工序,节省人力、物力等,具有显著的成效和推广价值。
First, the preface The bred aluminum alloy project was proposed in order to seek a new technological means, with a view to get more superior performance of structural materials. It requires developed alloy quenching soft, long incubation period, can be cold extrusion without annealing, molding, direct artificial aging can achieve better mechanical properties to meet the requirements. The alloy was developed on the basis of the reform of the 160 modified aluminum alloy (LD21). The main technical indicators of the alloy quenching soft state HB≯35, incubation period ≮ 48 hours, cold extrusion, artificial aging HB≮95. The use of this alloy, the first to ensure the deformation of small parts of products and high precision requirements, can give full play to the advantages of cold extrusion process, and can reduce the process, save manpower, material and so on, with significant results and promotional value.
