对 LD泵浦 Cr4 + 、Nd3+ 双掺 YAG自调 Q激光器进行了研究 ,在连续泵浦和脉冲泵浦下获得了 1 .0 64 μm调 Q偏振激光脉冲输出 ,脉冲宽度 (FWHM)为 3 0 ns,单脉冲能量为 0 .5 μJ.采用直流预泵浦技术使 Q开关时间的不确定度从× 1 0 ms减小到 5 μs左右 ,并使激光 Q脉冲重复率从 1 k Hz提高到近 1 7k Hz,该方法也同样适用于其它被动调 Q激光器 .
The LD-pumped Cr4 + and Nd3 + YAG self-Q-switched Q-switched lasers were studied. The output of a 1.04 μm Q-switched laser pulse with a pulse width (FWHM) of 30 was obtained under continuous pumping and pulsed pumping ns and single pulse energy of 0.5 μJ. The DC pre-pump technique reduces the uncertainty of the Q switching time from × 1 0 ms to around 5 μs and increases the laser Q pulse repetition rate from 1 k Hz to Nearly 1 7k Hz, this method is also suitable for other passive Q-switched lasers.
