由原国家经贸委等4个委部局联合制订的《中小企业标准暂行规定》于2003年2月19日公布实施,原国家经贸委等5部委1998年公布的《大中小型工业企业划分标准》及1992年公布的该标准的补充标准同时废止。按照新标准划分产生的差异和影响表现在:
