目前有关运动诱发无痛性心肌缺血患者的冠脉形态还了解甚少。为此作者对运动期心电图异常但无心绞痛者的冠脉病理学进行了检查,并与运动心电图阳性具有心绞痛者作了比较。方法入选病例均有胸痛,并剔除有陈旧性心肌梗塞史、左心室肥厚和左束支阻滞等心血管病患者。实验前一周停服药物,按Bruce 方案作症状限制性运动试验,以 J 点后0.08秒 ST 段水平或下斜型压低≥0.1mV
At present, little is known about the coronary morphology in patients with exercise-induced painless myocardial ischemia. To this end the author of exercise ECG abnormalities but no angina patients coronary pathology were examined and compared with exercise ECG positive angina. Methods All the patients were selected to have chest pain, and patients with cardiovascular diseases such as old myocardial infarction history, left ventricular hypertrophy and left bundle branch block were excluded. One week before the experiment, stop taking the drug, according to the Bruce program for symptoms and restrictive exercise test, to J point 0.08 seconds after ST-level or down-ramp depression ≥ 0.1mV
