本文以油气地质综合研究为目的，介绍基于地理信息系统的ARC／INFO和ArcView绘图与综合研究软件的主要功能、特点及其使用方法。认为这套软件将成为石油地质综合研究的主流工具，它能极大地提高油气地质综合分析的水平和效率。
In this paper, the main functions, characteristics and methods of ARC / INFO and ArcView mapping and comprehensive research software based on geographic information system are introduced in this paper. It is believed that this software will become the mainstream tool in the comprehensive research of petroleum geology and it will greatly improve the level and efficiency of comprehensive analysis of oil and gas geology.
