急非淋白血病在我国是一种常见的白血病,至今还没有一种特效的治疗方法.为寻找对白血病细胞有特异性杀伤能力而对正常造血干细胞没有严重损害的药物,我们用急非淋 M_2单克隆抗体与高三尖杉酯碱偶联形成偶合物进行导向治疗.
