目的观察“钾异心”停搏液对缺血心肌的保护作用并与高钾停搏液比较。方法用无糖不充氧台氏液浸浴离体豚鼠右心室乳头肌3h造成缺血损伤,以心肌细胞电生理参数(静息电位、动作电位幅度、动作电位时程)为指标。结果缺血后心肌电生理参数(静息电位、动作电位幅度、动作电位时程)下降,其中以“钾异心”组下降最快速彻底,复灌后只有“钾异心”组电生理各参数都恢复正常。结论“钾异心”停搏液可快速彻底抑制心肌电活动有效保护缺血心肌。
Objective To observe the protective effect of “different potassium” cardioplegia on ischemic myocardium and compare with high potassium cardioplegia. Methods Myocardial electrophysiological parameters (resting potential, action potential amplitude and action potential duration) were used as indexes to immerge the isolated right ventricular papillary muscle in guinea pig 3h after immersion in distilled water without sugar. Results After ischemia, electrophysiological parameters (resting potential, action potential amplitude and action potential duration) decreased. Among them, the “potassium heteroserule” group decreased most rapidly and completely. After reperfusion, only the electrophysiological parameters Back to normal. Conclusion “Disodium potassium” cardioplegia can rapidly and completely inhibit the myocardial electrical activity and effectively protect the ischemic myocardium.
