支持浙商创业创新,是杭州经济稳中求进、转中求好的重要举措;广大浙商回乡发展,不仅自身实现了再创业,也为杭州经济企稳回升提供了强有力的支撑在经济下行、区域竞争等多重压力下,各地普遍面临如何转方式、调结构、促发展的难题。对此,浙江省提出“创业富民、创新强省”总战略,支持、引导和服务浙商群体创业创新。杭州市更是在思路上进行创新,即突出杭州优势,强化转型升级,着力解决后顾之忧,实现政策叠加、机制创新、资源整合和跟踪服
Supporting entrepreneurship and innovation in Zhejiang is an important move for Hangzhou to make its economy progress steadily and turn for the better. The development of the majority of Zhejiang businessmen not only realizes their own reinvigoration but also provides strong support to Hangzhou's economic stabilization and recovery.
