县级水资源是我国水资源管理的信息源 ,研究开发县级水资源管理系统 ,能够改善我国基层水资源管理机构现有的管理手段 ,有助于提高水资源管理的水平和质量。以张掖市为例 ,介绍了县级水资源管理系统的设计。
County water resources are the information source of water resources management in our country. Researching and developing county water resources management system can improve the existing management methods of grassroots water resources management agencies in our country and help to improve the level and quality of water resources management. Take Zhangye City as an example, introduces the design of county water resources management system.
