随着GPS硬件设备、GIS软件系统和相关计算机设备的快速发展,原有公路巡检软硬件系统已不能满足业务需要,因此建立一套完善快捷的巡检管理体系是非常必要的。本文通过研究各种信息技术在公路巡检中的应用,以平板电脑、天宝GPS接收机为硬件,ArcEngine作为开发组件,设计与实现了一套公路巡检系统。系统实现了地图显示、实时定位、轨迹记录、巡检信息记录等功能,使管理者能够高效地管理公路建设,并促进公路管理的信息化。
With the rapid development of GPS hardware equipment, GIS software system and related computer equipment, the original hardware and software system for road inspection can no longer meet the needs of the business. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a complete and fast inspection management system. This paper designs and implements a set of highway inspection system by studying the application of various information technology in the highway inspection. Taking the tablet PC, Tianbao GPS receiver as the hardware and ArcEngine as the development component. The system realizes the functions of map display, real-time location, track record and inspection information record so that managers can manage highway construction efficiently and promote informationization of highway management.
