创新能力的培养是一个系统工程,它应当体现于高职教育教学的全过程。在计算机教学要培养学生的创新能力,首先,教学目标要突出创新性;其次,课堂教学要注重创新意识的培养;最后,实践环节要实现创新能力。这就要求计算机专业教师,要不断地提高自身思想素质、专业素质和业务素质,在教育思想和观念上创新,在教学模式和内容上创新,在教学方法和手段上创新,并认真抓好实践环节,积极营造创新教育的氛围,才有可能真正实施创新教育,培养出创新人才。
