目的分析不同年龄段亚临床性甲状腺功能紊乱的分布状况,探讨甲状腺功能的生理变化趋势。方法对来我院做甲状腺功能筛查的就诊人群行甲状腺激素浓度测定,对数据进行统计学分析。结果所有统计对象中亚临床性甲状腺功能紊乱的总患病率为17.34%,不同年龄段之间的差异无统计学意义(χ2=12.33,P>0.05);亚甲亢和亚甲减的年龄-患病率曲线均可用抛物线拟合(y=-0.2835x2+2.4138 x+0.5552,R2=0.8303;y=0.5004x2-4.0952 x+19.338,R2=0.749);21-30岁年龄组亚甲亢患病率最高(5.68%),亚甲减患病率最低(10.34%)。结论甲状腺功能在正常生理情况下,低龄人群趋于亢进,高龄人群趋于减退,低龄组亚甲亢和高龄组亚甲减的患病率均被高估了。
Objective To analyze the distribution of subclinical thyroid dysfunction in different age groups and to explore the physiological changes of thyroid function. Methods Thyroid hormone concentrations were measured in thyroid function screening patients in our hospital and the data were analyzed statistically. Results The total prevalence of subclinical thyroid dysfunction was 17.34% in all the subjects. There was no significant difference between different age groups (χ2 = 12.33, P> 0.05) The prevalence curves were parabolic fitted (y = -0.2835x2 + 2.4138x + 0.5552, R2 = 0.8303; y = 0.5004x2-4.0952x + 19.338, R2 = 0.749); hyperthyroidism in the 21-30 age group The highest rate (5.68%), the lowest prevalence of methylene blue (10.34%). Conclusions Under normal physiological conditions, the thyroid function tends to be hyperthyroidism in the younger age group and the elderly population tends to decrease. The prevalence of hypothyroidism in the younger age group is much higher than that in the younger age group.
