在草菇生产过程中,当菌丝结蕾并长成幼菇时常会出现萎缩死亡的现象,严重影响草菇的质量、产量和菇农的经济效益。草菇子实体萎缩的原因及补救措施如下:1.菌种问题。选用不健壮、菌丝出现自溶、老化或菌龄长的菌种播种后,长出的子实体极易萎缩,一般无法补救。只有在购置草菇菌种时注意选择菌丝浓密洁白、无杂菌、菌龄在3天以内的健壮菌种。2.管理问题。温差大易造成幼菇萎缩。草菇子实体生长阶段最适温度是28~32℃,此期间若温度突然下降料温低于30℃,引起原生质倒流造成幼菇萎
