对于一个班级来说,班主任就像是一个主心骨,是班级的组织与教育者,随着教学改革的不断深化,班主任的管理工作受到了社会的强烈关注。事实上班主任的工作质量对于学生的学习还有其他方面的发展都起着非常重要的作用,在实际教学中,班主任往往还会兼任一个科目的教学工作,往往会对班级的管理工作有所忽视。接下来,结合实践经历,结合一定的典型事例,浅谈初中班主任的向心力管理,希望对相关教育者起到部分的借鉴作用。
