为规范植物油进口秩序,加强经营管理,按照国务院批准发布的《进口商品经营管理暂行办法》的规定及对外谈判中的有关承诺,外经贸部日前在动态监控的基础上对植物油进口经营企业进行调整并予以对外公布,同时就有关问题通知如下:一、外经贸部根据企业的经营业绩、能力和其他市场化标准,对植物油进口经营企业进行核定。核定公布的企业应按国家有关规定开展植物油进口业务。未经外经贸部核准公布的企业不得从事植物油的进口经营业务,加工贸易方式除外。
