我们自制了一台原子束装置,其准直比为450/1。装置上安装了两台四极分析器:一台为法国的SQ156L。通过该仪器测量了锂原子束的束形和发散角、考查了锂炉温度对发散角的影响,测量了锂的天然丰度比,另一台是中国产SJX-1型四极分析器,实验证明此仪器完全可用于金属蒸汽原子束的检测,当电离室附近的原子束的数密度约为10~9个/cm~3时,可以给出良好的信噪比。
We made a self-made atomic beam device with a collimation ratio of 450/1. Two quadrupole analyzers were installed on the unit: one for the French SQ156L. The beam shape and divergence angle of the lithium atomic beam were measured by the instrument. The influence of the temperature of the lithium furnace on the divergence angle was investigated. The natural abundance ratio of lithium was measured. The other was the SJX-1 type quadrupole analyzer made in China. Experiments show that the instrument can be used to detect the metal vapor atomic beam. When the number density of the atomic beam near the ionization chamber is about 10 ~ 9 / cm ~ 3, a good signal to noise ratio can be obtained.
