[目的]研究两个耐盐性不同的荞麦品种体内Na+分配与其耐盐性的关系。[方法]测定两个荞麦品种TQ-0808(盐敏感)和川荞1号(耐盐)幼苗根部、茎基部和叶片Na+含量。[结果]盐胁迫下,耐盐荞麦品种体内Na+主要在根部和茎基部累积,盐敏感荞麦品种体内Na+主要积累在根部。[结论]耐盐荞麦品种的限Na+能力大于盐敏感荞麦品种,耐盐荞麦品种叶片Na+含量较低,更耐盐。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the relationship between Na + distribution and salt tolerance in two buckwheat cultivars with different salt tolerance. [Method] The contents of Na + in root, stem base and leaf of two buckwheat varieties TQ-0808 (salt-sensitive) and Chuan-buckwheat No.1 (salt tolerant) seedlings were determined. [Result] Under salt stress, Na + accumulation in salt-tolerant buckwheat cultivars accumulated mainly in roots and stems, while Na + in salt-sensitive buckwheat cultivars accumulated mainly in roots. [Conclusion] The limited Na + tolerance of salt-tolerant buckwheat varieties was greater than that of salt-sensitive buckwheat varieties. Na + content of salt-tolerant buckwheat varieties was lower and salt-tolerant.
