采用大鼠全脑缺血模型、观察脑缺血再灌流过程中海马神经元的病理变化,并用尼莫地平(钙拮抗剂)及MK-801(NMDA受体拮抗剂)治疗,观察其对迟发性神经元坏死的疗效,旨在探讨钙及兴奋性氨基酸在海马神经元缺血损害中的作用,为缺血性脑损伤的治疗探索新的途径。
