目的探讨巨大芽胞杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)和蜡样芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cereus)分别与金针菇(Flammulina velutiper)共培养发酵产物对胃腺癌SGC-7901细胞的体外抑制作用。方法将金针菇接种于固体发酵培养基(啤酒糟、甘蔗渣和梨渣的比例为5∶4∶1)中培养5 d,再分别接种巨大芽胞杆菌和蜡样芽胞杆菌发酵培养5 d,提取发酵产物,MTT法检测发酵产物对SGC-7901细胞的体外抑制作用。结果巨大芽胞杆菌和金针菇共发酵产物经121℃处理后,对SGC-7901细胞的抑制率为77.75%;蜡样芽胞杆菌与金针菇的发酵产物经121℃处理后,对SGC-7901细胞的抑制率为78.88%,分别比巨大芽胞杆菌和蜡样芽胞杆菌单独培养的固体发酵产物经121℃处理后的抑制率提高了11.45倍和13.04倍,比金针菇单独培养的固体发酵产物经121℃处理后对SGC-7901细胞的抑制率(52.02%)分别提高了49.46%和51.63%。结论巨大芽胞杆菌和蜡样芽胞杆菌分别与金针菇共培养的发酵产物对胃腺癌SGC-7901细胞具有较高的抑制作用,为抗肿瘤药物的筛选及指导临床应用开辟了更广阔的前景。
Objective To investigate the in vitro inhibition of gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 by Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus cereus co-cultured with flammulina velutiper. Conclusion The fermentation products of Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus cereus co-cultured with Flammulina velutipes have a higher inhibitory effect on gastric adenocarcinoma SGC-7901 cells, which opens up a broader prospect for the screening and clinical application of antitumor drugs.
