医疗机构对于合理用药的管理体现在很多环节,如:药品采购、医生开药、药剂科的监管等方面;信息系统管理的手段也有很多方式,如:医生工作站的相关管控、合理用药系统、抗菌药物管理系统、用药监控系统、自动发药系统及设备,以及患者通过腕带扫描确定用药准确等。无论采用什么样的方式和手段,各级医疗机构已经开始大量利用信息技术手段管理自身的合理用药情况。合理用药相关信息系统已经从政策支持和医院自主、患者要求等多方面成为医院关注和应用的焦点。
