文章针对包钢链篦机-回转窑的用料情况,在试验室对其工艺参数进行了试验研究,重点研究了链篦机预热风速,回转窑的焙烧温度、时间等。试验结果表明:在本试验的用料条件下,链篦机工艺流程参数中预热时间不变,风速1.5 m/s,预热Ⅱ段温度从1 050℃降为1 000℃;若预热温度不变,风速1.5 m/s,预热Ⅱ段时间从9.23 min降为7.23 min。回转窑工艺参数为焙烧温度控制在1 250℃,焙烧时间为15 min。
In this paper, according to the materials used in Baotou Steel Grate-rotary kiln, the process parameters of the grate were tested in the laboratory. The preheating wind speed of the grate, the roasting temperature and time of the rotary kiln were studied emphatically. The results show that the preheating time of the grate in the process parameters of the grate is constant at the speed of 1.5 m / s and the temperature of the preheating stage II is reduced from 1 050 ℃ to 1 000 ℃ under the conditions of the materials used in this test. The temperature was unchanged at a wind speed of 1.5 m / s and the preheating time was reduced from 9.23 min to 7.23 min. Rotary kiln process parameters for the roasting temperature control at 1 250 ℃, roasting time of 15 min.
