作为一个企业,如何从各种技术转让项目中选择适合于自己开发的产品,是个很重要的问题。如何作出正确的选择,可以归纳以下几个方面: 1.市场前景(即销路好坏)。这个问题不能靠直感,也不能只看一点统计资料和市场预测就急于下决心,应当到用户中去调查,到商业网点中去调查,只有老老实实建立销售渠道,才能了解销售的稳定性。某些转让项目者虽声称可以包销,但一定不可轻信,必须进行认真调查。
