应用体外测定Hartley豚鼠离体气管平滑肌等长收缩强度的方法,研究了新的、口服平喘药AM-682及其在人体内主要代谢产物A(AM-A)与β_2-受体兴奋药间羟舒喘宁(Terbuta-line)间的相互作用。结果显示:联合应用间羟舒喘宁与AM-682(或AM-A)对气管平滑肌具协同舒张作用。这为支气管哮喘的联合、合理用药提供了实验依据。
