伴随社会飞速发展,当代“90”后学生的自我意识不断成长,他们对自我管理的需求也不断增强。自我管理不仅能够满足高职学生个体全面发展和社会对高职学生终身发展的需要,还可以帮助高职学生发展个性,开发创造力。但当前高职学生对自我管理的认识和实施还不足。本文针对新形势下的特点,分析了高职学生如何提升自我管理能力并对完善学生自我管理能力提出建议。
With the rapid development of society, the self-awareness of post-90s students has been growing and their self-management needs have also been constantly increasing. Self-management can not only meet the needs of all-round development of individual students in higher vocational colleges and society for the lifelong development of higher vocational students, but also help students of higher vocational schools to develop their own personality and develop their creativity. However, the current vocational students’ awareness and implementation of self-management are not enough. In accordance with the characteristics of the new situation, this paper analyzes how to improve the self-management ability of vocational students and make recommendations to improve their self-management ability.
