The 19th IUGG (Geodetic Geodesic and Geophysical Union) Conference held at the University of British Columbia, Canada from August 9 to August 22, 1987, with 4,500 participants, including nearly 500 water from more than 50 countries Literary and hydrogeologists participated in the IAHS (International Association of Hydrological Sciences) activities. The 3rd IAHS Science Conference is scheduled to be held in Baltimore, Maryland, May 10-19, 1989.
