据英国《每日邮报》1月13日报道,意大利维罗纳大学1项新研究发现,熟吃西红柿可以摄入更多的抗氧化剂,预防心脏病的效果更好。新研究中,参试者被随机分为A、B两组,A组吃下高脂肪饮食之后吃番茄酱,B组在同种饮食之后不吃番茄酱。测试结果发现,吃番茄酱的参试者血管健康状况更好。研究人员指出,每天吃80 g熟西红柿或番茄酱等西红柿食品可以大大改善高脂肪饮食对血管壁造成的伤害,防止内皮细胞功能失常,进而预防动脉硬化症。
According to the British “Daily Mail” reported January 13, a new study at the University of Verona, Italy found that eating tomatoes can consume more antioxidants, prevent heart disease better. In the new study, participants were randomly divided into groups A and B. Group A ate ketchup after eating a high-fat diet and group B did not eat tomato sauce after the same type of diet. The test found that those who ate ketchup had better vascular health. Researchers pointed out that eating 80 g cooked tomato or tomato sauce and other tomato foods can greatly improve the damage caused by high-fat diet on the vascular wall, prevent endothelial dysfunction, thus preventing atherosclerosis.
