随着我国改革开放的不断推进,国有企业的工作面临着很多新的问题,成为国有企业改革过程中的阻力,为了有效解决这些问题,促进国有企业改制的顺利进行,就有必要做好企业员工的思想政治工作。本文首先阐述了开展思想政治工作对于国企的重要意义,然后从国有企业思想政治工作的面临的现状出发,提出了一些加强思想政治工作的新思路和新方法。
With the continuous promotion of China’s reform and opening up, the state-owned enterprises are confronted with many new problems in their work and become obstacles in the process of state-owned enterprises’ reform. In order to effectively solve these problems and promote the smooth progress of the restructuring of state-owned enterprises, it is necessary for the employees The ideological and political work. This article first elaborates the significance of carrying out ideological and political work for the state-owned enterprises. Then from the current situation of the ideological and political work of the state-owned enterprises, it puts forward some new ideas and methods to strengthen the ideological and political work.
