目的 探讨胸腺因子 D对垂体 -甲状腺轴内分泌衰老的延缓作用。 方法 雌、雄 2 1月老龄 SD大鼠各随机分成两组 ,一组隔口背部皮下注射胸腺因子 D2 mg· kg- 1 ,另一组及 6月青龄雌、雄对照组注射等量生理盐水 ,连续处理 3个月后 ,用放射免疫法测定腺垂体组织、血清 TSH和血清 FT4 、FT3。结果 腺垂体组织中 TSH在雌、雄大鼠各组间均无差异。雌性老年组血清 FT3低于青龄对照组 ,但无统计意义 ;雄性老年组血清 TSH高于青龄对照组 (P=0 .0 99) ,血清 FT4 和 FT3明显低于青龄对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,给药后 ,上述老年性改变可得到逆转 ,使其水平更接近青龄对照组水平。 结论 胸腺因子 D可逆转老龄大鼠垂体 -甲状腺轴分泌激素的老龄性改变 ,从而延缓衰老。
Objective To investigate the delayed effect of thymic factor D on endocrine aging of the pituitary-thyroid axis. Methods Female and male 2-month-old SD rats were randomly divided into two groups. One group of sepsis was subcutaneously injected with D2 mg · kg-1 of thymus, the other group and 6-month-old female and male control rats were injected with the same amount of physiology Saline, continuous treatment for 3 months, the determination of adenohypophysis, serum TSH and serum FT4, FT3 by radioimmunoassay. Results TSH in the pituitary gland did not differ between the female and male rats. The serum FT3 in the female aged group was lower than that in the young age control group, but there was no statistical significance. The serum TSH in the male aged group was higher than that in the young age control group (P = 0.099), the serum FT4 and FT3 levels were significantly lower than those in the young age control group <0. 05). After administration, the above-mentioned changes in senility could be reversed and the levels were closer to the level of the young age control group. Conclusion Thymus factor D can reverse the aging changes of hormone secreted by the pituitary - thyroid axis in aging rats and thus delay aging.
