风险社会理论已经被很多学者引入医疗纠纷领域,同时知情同意被认为是防范医疗风险的主要对策。本文运用风险社会理论,对我国知情同意制度的不足以及解决对策进行了探讨。
Risk-based social theory has been introduced into the field of medical disputes by many scholars, and informed consent is considered as the main countermeasure to prevent medical risks. This article uses the theory of risk society to discuss the insufficiency of China’s informed consent system and its countermeasures.
