Peng Mengchi’s article argues that strengthening education and training of young cadres requires that we must strengthen the education of Marxist theory for young cadres and conscientiously solve their political beliefs. Marxism and the socialist system are all open systems. Its tremendous vitality lies in its ability to absorb and learn from all practical tests that are conducive to social progress. To learn the basic Marxist theory, the most important thing is to learn from the reality of reform and opening up and economic construction, learn and understand the most essential core of Marxism, and constantly arm our thinking and strengthen our conviction.
