职业意识淡薄是当前高职毕业生就业质量不高的主要因素之一。本文梳理了高职院校在职业意识教育中存在的主要问题,并对改革路径提出探讨,以期引起大家的高度重视,从而提高高职院校职业意识教育的实效。
The weak sense of occupation is one of the main factors that make the current employment of higher vocational graduates not high quality. This paper combs the major problems in vocational education in higher vocational colleges and probes into the reform path with a view to arousing people’s attention and improving the effectiveness of vocational awareness education in higher vocational colleges.
