各位同志,各位理事: 我讲三点意见。一、关于我们这次会议我们的会议已经开了三天,明天还要讨论一天。这是一次炼铁界的盛会,是一次很重要的会议。说它重要,具有两层意思。一是理事会和学术年会放在一起开。我们新成立的炼铁学会第一届理事会在会议的第一天开了成立大会,宣布了理事名单。我们的炼铁学术年会,经过近两年的筹备,在新理事会的直接领导下召开,更增添了它的新的含义。另一个是会议的内容很充实。我们这次会议体现了学术团体的开会宗旨,充分进行
