目的建立直接测汞法快速检测鸡肉中总汞的方法。方法样品无需任何前处理即可进入直接测汞仪,经优化干燥、分解,选用合适的汞齐化温度和时间快速测定鸡肉中汞含量。结果采用本方法测定,汞浓度与吸光度在0 ng~20 ng和50 ng~400 ng范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均>0.9997。方法检出限为0.032μg/kg,样品加标回收率在99.4%~102.1%之间,相对标准偏差低于3.7%。与原子荧光光谱法比较,二者鸡肉标准物质检测结果差异具有统计学意义,直接测汞法分析结果较好。且本方法样品检测时间为6.2 min,25份鸡肉样品3 h内即可检测完毕。结论本方法简单快速、检出限低、灵敏度高、结果准确,适用于鸡肉中汞含量的常规检测和食品污染监测,也为突发公共卫生事件的应急检测提供了新的选择。
Objective To establish a method for rapid determination of total mercury in chicken by direct mercury determination. Method The sample can enter the direct mercury analyzer without any pretreatment. After optimized drying and decomposition, the mercury content in chicken meat can be quickly determined by the suitable amalgamation temperature and time. Results The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between mercury concentration and absorbance in the range of 0 ng ~ 20 ng and 50 ng ~ 400 ng with the correlation coefficients> 0.9997. The detection limit was 0.032 μg / kg. The spiked recoveries were between 99.4% and 102.1% with relative standard deviations less than 3.7%. Compared with atomic fluorescence spectrometry, the differences of the detection results of the two chicken reference materials were statistically significant, and the direct mercury determination results were better. The detection time of this method sample is 6.2 min, and 25 samples of chicken can be tested within 3 h. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid with low detection limit, high sensitivity and accurate results. It is suitable for routine detection of mercury in chicken and food contamination monitoring. It also provides a new choice for emergency detection of public health emergencies.
