机场高填方工程土方压实施工以冲碾法为主,冲碾法所采用的冲击压路机在施工过程中具有附加应力扩散效应。通过分析冲击压实标准试验方案,选取了压实质量控制面,基于附加应力扩散假定提出了通过计算控制面上各点等效附加应力叠加值评价压实质量的算法。以冲击压路机实时轨迹为根据,以该算法为基础,可计算出填土层控制面等效附加应力叠加值的分布情况,从而实现对施工过程准确、科学的质量评价,并能为进一步施工提供数据支持。
The earthwork compaction construction of the airport high-filling project mainly adopts the impulse milling method, and the impulse roller used in the impulse milling method has the additional stress diffusion effect during the construction. Based on the standard test scheme of impact compaction, a compaction quality control surface was selected. Based on the assumption of additional stress diffusion, an algorithm was proposed to evaluate the compaction quality by calculating the equivalent additional stress superposition of each point on the control surface. According to the real-time trajectory of impact roller, based on this algorithm, the distribution of equivalent additional stress on the control surface of fill soil can be calculated, so as to realize accurate and scientific quality assessment of construction process and to provide further construction data support.
